Sport of the Month
This sport of the month is swimming.Swimming is a great sport to get back in shape. If you are hurt or injured, you should try to swim.
It will help you majorly. You don't have to swim though, it would help, but you don't have too.
Swimming doesn't have to be for sport or getting better after an injury. In fact many people just
swim for fun. Even people who swim for sport still like to do it for fun.
